Are the items in my cart reserved?

They are not, which is why we would recommend purchasing as soon as you've decided so as to not miss out!

As our items are curated, we update our items from time to time to give you the best shopping experience. If you're looking for a specific item that is out of stock, please drop us a message with the name, image or reference and we'll do our best to help! 

Why does the product look slightly different from the picture? 

Our products are handmade, and even though artisans make every effort to create only the best, natural blemishes and imperfections are what make each piece unique, captivating and beautiful.
It is normal to observe slight variations between the actual items you receive and the ones advertised. These include slight differences in color, pattern, shape, dimension and weight.
